What information do we collect?
For all subscribers, (i.e. people who have created an account with aquaculturelist.com to list on our directory and access our content) we collect the following personal details:
- company name (required)
- business address (required)
- contact email address (required)
- country (required)
- listing category (required)
- phone number (required)
- details about your company (required for Standard and Premium Packages)
- other optional, details such as species, labels, hour of operation, website address, fax number, video, cover image, gallery images, company logo and social media links.
- payment details such as credit card information are collected via PayPal and not stored on our servers only the PayPal payment email address, customer name and address are stored on our server and all data is transferred via (SSL) Secure Sockets Layer, the most widely used security protocol for over internet communications.
For all visitors to our website and subscribers, we collect:
- Anonymised and non-personal information via Google Analytics, such as country, browser type and device, (this helps us better understand how subscribers use our site, so we can make improvements and offer a better experience).

For visitors who register on our website, we store all account information indefinitely, for record keeping purposes.
